Inside all of us, there lies the reason why we do things, and our deepest and most cherished beliefs. When we play music our feelings can pour forth from that place. Learn how to access and express musically from that core.

We'll learn how to use improvisation as a basis for self-expression, and how that can enhance all areas of your life.

TOPICS COVERED INCLUDE

• Soloing in different genres of music and their trademark stylistic licks: Rock, Blues, Bluegrass, Country, Jazz, Experimental Music
  
  
• Unraveling the mystery of scales, arpeggios and what goes where and when
  
  

• Develop confidence in your ability to make a valuable contribution to any musical setting – regardless of your technical ability
  
  
• Expand on your chord and inversion knowledge
  
  
• Know where you are at all times – take a big step towards total knowledge of the fingerboard

• Answers to questions on theory, and how to directly apply that to the music you play
  
  
• Working with dynamics – learn to build a solo that has depth and bite
  
  
• Learn the strength of the snsemble and how to create a supportive musical environment where a soloist can really soar
